1. PENDAHULUAN

Pekerjaan pengukuran topografi ini merupakan bagian dari pekerjaan “Jasa konsultasi

Untuk Pekerjaan Struktur Sipil Dan Mekanikal CNG Plan PLTGU Tambak Lorok-

Semarang”, dimana untuk pelaksanaan perencanaan perkerjaan sipil CNG Plan diperlukan

gambaran situasi dan topografi existing.

Pekerjaan ini meliputi Pengumpulan data, survey pengukuran dan Investigasi lapangan

yangmencakup :

Pengumpulan data penunjang yaitu peta-peta yang diperlukan sesuai kebutuhan.

Survey pendahuluan (orientasi lapangan)

Persiapan peralatan survey, peralatan penunjang dan bahan-bahan untuk lapangan

Survey pengukurandan pengambilan data lapangan yaitu :

- Pemasangan patok poligon

- Pengukuran poligon dan situasi

- Pengamatan GPS untuk titik awal pekerjaan

- Penghitungan/input dari pengambilan data survey lapangan

- Penggambaran dari hasil hitungan survey lapangan

Untuk lebih jelas, pada bab selanjutnya akan diuraikan lebih rinci mengenahi kegiatan

dan urutan kerja yang dilaksanakan dilapangan.

2. PERALATAN DAN PELAKSANAAN PENGUKURAN

Sesuai dengan lingkup pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan, pelaksanaan pengukuran terbagi atas:

- Pengukuran kerangkan dasar Horizontal

- Pengukuran kerangkan dasar Vertikal

- Pengukuran situasi

Peralatan yang digunakan pada pekerjan ini terdiri dari

- Alat ukur Waterpass Merk sokisha

- Alat ukur total Station Merk Horizon

- Alat ukur GPS Navigasi merk Etrex

- Meteran, statip, bak ukur dan alat pendukung lainya

2.1. PELAKSANAAN PEMASANGAN PATOK

Pemasangan patok dimaksudkan untuk menentukan jalur pengukuram di lapangan

yangditandai dengan patok kayu dan paku payung dicat dan diberi nomor urut.Patok

dipasang disepanjang rencana jalan yang akan diukur dengan jarak sesuai

kebutuhan,dipasang sebagai titik poligon ( kerangaka acuan horizontal dan vertikal)

Paku payung dan patok dipasang sesuai kebutuhan dilapangan, dicat warna merah.

pemasangan ttk2 STA

Pemasangan patok dan paku payung dilaksanakan dari awal pekerjan sampai dengan

akhirpekerjaan, dilakukan oleh satu team yang terdiri satu orang surveyor dibantu dua

orangtenaga lokal dengan interval jarak sesuai kebutuhan.

2.2. PEMASANGAN TITIK TETAP ( BM )

Bench Mark (BM) merupakan titik awal pengukuran, telah dipasang secara

permanendan ditunjukan oleh petugas Indonesia Power kepada team survey di

lapangan.Pemasangan BM telah ditempatkan pada tepi jalan yang aman dan mudah

dilihat untukdasar pengukuran poligon (kerangka dasar horizontal dan vertikal ).

Bench Mark (BM) terbuat dari beton bertulang dengan dilindungan pagar

pengaman.Nilai koordinat yang tertulis pada BM adalah lokal, belum mengikat ke

UTM. Untuk keperluan pengukuran pada pekerjaan ini kita sesuaikan dengan nilai

UTM,dimana nilai koordianat x,y dan z kita cantumkan dalam hitungan survey

terlampir.

2.3. PENGUKURAN KERANGKA DASAR HORIZONTAL

Pada pengukuran kerangka dasar horizontal, metode yang dipilih adalah metode

poligon,dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan alat Total station.Pengukuran jarak antar

titik yang telah dipasang diukur dengan alat TS dan didapatlangsung jarak datarnya

(bacaan kedepan dan ke belakang).Pengukuran sudut horizontal dilaksanaknan pada

posisi biasa dan luar biasa.Jalur pengukuran melewati BM dan semua titik2 STA

langsung diukur.

Pengukuran kerangka dasar horizontal ini dilaksanakan oleh satu team terdir dari

satuorang surveyor dan dibantu oleh dua orang Asisten surveyor dua orang tenaga

lokal.

2.4. PENGUKURAN KERANGKAN DASAR VERTIKAL

Dalam pengukuran kerangka dasar vertikal biasanya dipilih cara double stand

denganalat waterpass, namum dalam pekerjaan ini karena yang ditekankan adalah luas

area,maka pengukuran kerangka dasar verikal sekaligus diukur dengan alat total

stationdimana beda tinggi sudut maupun jarak sudah tercakup semua.

Pengukuran dilaksanakan dengan cara sbb.:

- Target dilengkapi dengan nivo kotak, untuk menjamin sipat tegaknya, didirikan

pada titik yang ditentukan diatas paku titik2 STA dan BM.

- Sasaran pengukuran adalah menentukan beda tinggi antara dua titik ketinggian

yang teliti, dengan mencatat beda tinggi (VD), sudut horizontal (HR) dan jarak

datar ( HD).

- Setiap kali pengamatan, alat berdiri tepat diatas titik patok yang telah

dipasangsebelumnya.

Pengukuran kerangka dasar vertikal dilaksanakan oleh satu team terdiri dari satu

orangsurveyor dibantu satu orang asisten dan dua orang tenaga lokal.

2.5. PENGUKURAN SITUASI

Pengukuran situasi detail dilakukan untuk mengambil data data seperti pojok2

bangunanbatas2 pagar, tepi2 jalan, gorong2 yang melintang jalan, dan titik lainya yang

diperlukansehingga data2 dapat dituangkan dalam peta situasi.Alat ukur yang digunakan

adalah Total Station, dimana jarak dan sudut maupun koordinatserta elevasi langsung

dibaca dan dicatat untuk selanjutnya diinput dalam program exel.Pengukuran situasi

dilaksanakan oleh satu team terdiri dari satu orang surveyor dibantuoleh sat orang asisten

dan tiga orang tenaga lokal.

2.6. PENGUKURAN MELINTANG ( CROSS SECTION )

Pengukuran penampang melintang jalan biasanya dilaksanakan pada tiap2 STA yang

telahdipasang sebelumnya, namun pada pekerjaan ini tidak dilaksanakan khusus cross

sectionuntuk jalan. Sasaran pengukuran adalah untuk mengetahui batas2 lahan untuk

keperluanpengembangan bangunan.

Setiap pengukuran selalu diikatkan (back set) kebelakang dimana telah diketahui

nilai2koordinatnya dan kita sebarkan kedepan untuk sasaran titik2 yang diperlukan.

Pengukuran ini selalu dilaksanakan oleh satu team terdiri dari satu orang surveyordibantu

satu orang asisten dan dua orang tenaga lokal.

2.7. HITUNGAN DAN PENGGAMBARAN

Secara garis besar ada dua jenis hitungan yaitu hitungan koordianat/poligon dan

hitunganketinggian (elevasi). Hitungan koordinat diikatkan dengan pengamatan awal

pengukurandengan menggunakan GPS termasuk ketinggian/elevasinya.

Pekerjaan hitungan dilaksanakan setelah pengukuran dilapangan selesai,

menggunakanperalatan komputer dengan program aplikasi microsoft office ( exel.

)Pekerjaan penggambaran dilakukan setelah perhitungan selesai dengan

menggunakanprogram land development AutoCAD 2004.

2.8. LAPORAN CUACA dll.

Pada saat pelaksanaan pengukuran berlangsung, cuaca cukup mendukung,tranfortasi ke

lokasi cukup mudah dijangkau, termasuk akomodasi para pekerja dansurveyor

dilapangan tidak mengalami kendala.
