MAKING & TINKERING (RESEARCH ATTACHMENT 3) The unique Making and Tinkering course introduces scholars to product prototyping. The ubiquity of open-source hardware and software allows scholars to design, code and build prototypes for applications in Science & Engineering. Scholars gain hands-on experience in iterative prototype design, development and presentation, guided by experienced mentors. Through this course, scholars gain a strong understanding of the development phase of a Research & Development (R&D) cycle.
