Apabila tidak ada kehamilan Corpus Luteum akan atresia Estrogen dan Progesteron menurun

Estrogen dan Progesteron menurun berakibat : endometrium pada fase menstruasi

feed back positif FSH dan LH (mulai siklus menstruasi yang baru)
